- To teach Mandarin (immersion program) from 18 month to 7 years old
- Taking care of a class of young children
- Facilitating small group experiences within an inquiry, play-based activities in Mandarin
- Familiar with IEYC framework of concepts within contexts
- Good attitude
- Creativity acpest in teaching
- Promoting love for Mandarin
- Building partnership with parents
