The role serves as the main point of contact on any sales and marketing related activities concerning the Discretionary Portfolio Management (\xe2\x80\x9cDPM\xe2\x80\x9d) products offered by Bank Julius Baer Singapore (the \xe2\x80\x9cBank\xe2\x80\x9d). The incumbent will work in close collaboration with the Relationship Managers (\xe2\x80\x9cRMs\xe2\x80\x9d), pitch and market the DPM products to the existing clients and prospects. He/she will also be working closely with the Portfolio Managers (\xe2\x80\x9cPMs\xe2\x80\x9d), provide timely product and performance update to the Relationship Management Team.
Key performance indicators include the Net New Money (\xe2\x80\x9cNNM\xe2\x80\x9d) flow, target Asset Under Management (\xe2\x80\x9cAUM\xe2\x80\x9d) as well as the level of communication and activity in promoting the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s DPM products.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The role serves as the main point of contact on any sales, after sales and marketing related activities concerning the Discretionary Portfolio Management (\xe2\x80\x9cDPM\xe2\x80\x9d) products and selected Advisory Mandates offered by Bank Julius Baer Singapore (the \xe2\x80\x9cBank\xe2\x80\x9d). The candidate is expected to actively engage the Relationship Managers (\xe2\x80\x9cRMs\xe2\x80\x9d), market and create internal awareness of the DPM products within the Bank. He/she will also be supporting the RMs in prospecting new clients, managing existing client portfolios and ensuring retention, by providing holistic investment and portfolio advice across all asset classes. This includes participating in prospect and client meetings, guiding RMs through the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s investment strategy and product offerings as well as hosting regular desk meetings.
The candidate will also be working closely with the Portfolio Managers (\xe2\x80\x9cPMs\xe2\x80\x9d), prepare the Client Review Deck, produce and handle the internal clearance of marketing materials and provide timely product performance update to the RM Teams. Key performance indicators include the Net New Money (\xe2\x80\x9cNNM\xe2\x80\x9d) flow, target Asset Under Management (\xe2\x80\x9cAUM\xe2\x80\x9d) as well as effectiveness in the promotion, marketing and after sales service of the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s DPM products.
