Contract until Dec 2023

Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate the PMs roadshow and internal meetings with the RMs.

\xc2\xb7 Issue and promulgating analysis or reports concerning the DPM Products

\xc2\xb7 Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

\xc2\xb7 Actively engage the Mandate Advisors and PMs, prepare the internal reports, Marketing Materials, Client Proposals and Review decks accurately and promptly.

\xc2\xb7 Explore ways to the make daily work more scalable and efficient.

REQUIREMENTS

\xc2\xb7 Flexible and adaptable

\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage stress in a dynamic environment.

\xc2\xb7 Possess a keen sense of ownership \xe2\x80\x93 able to see assigned tasks to completion with minimal supervision

\xc2\xb7 University degree and sound academic background in Finance are preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power point and Excel is a must.

\xc2\xb7 Basic understanding of financial market, financial products and industry landscape

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with financial software e.g. Reuters and Bloomberg will be an advantage.

Salary: $3500- $4000

Location: CBD
