Job Summary

As a

Manicurist / Beautician

, you will deliver professional beauty services, primarily nail care (manicure, pedicure, nail art, extensions), while upholding hygiene, customer satisfaction, and brand presentation. You will also be cross-trained in other beauty services such as lash, hair removal, or facial services depending on your skill level and interest.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional

manicure, pedicure, nail extension, and nail art

services according to Fiftyfreed's standards. Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for all tools and work areas. Advise clients on suitable nail or beauty treatments, aftercare, and product usage. Handle customer service professionally -- ensuring client comfort, satisfaction, and retention. Assist in retail product recommendations and upselling services where appropriate (no hard-sell approach). Track appointments and service records accurately using the POS / Fresha system. Maintain grooming and presentation in accordance with company policy. Participate in

training and assessments

under Fiftyfreed Academy to improve technical and soft skills. Support outlet operations (housekeeping, stock count, cleanliness, and closing duties).

Requirements

Proven experience as a

manicurist or beautician

preferred (minimum 1 year experience ideal). Skilled in gel manicure, classic/pedicure, nail art, and nail extensions (acrylic/polygel preferred). Passionate about beauty, customer service, and continuous learning. Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and able to handle fast-paced environments. Good communication skills in English and/or Mandarin. Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays (off-days will be rostered).

Working Hours

4-6 days OFF per month (rotational off days). Shift-based: typically

11 AM - 8:30 PM

(subject to outlet schedule). * Extended hours during festive peak periods (with surcharge incentives).
