Key Responsibilities and Skills

Service Delivery:

Perform manicures, pedicures, and various nail enhancements like gel and acrylic extensions.

Clean, cut, file, shape, and polish natural and artificial nails according to client requests.


Provide additional services such as paraffin treatments, hand/foot massages, and nail art.

Client Relations & Consultation:

Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and to offer personalized recommendations for nail care and services.

Maintain excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.


Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance to keep their nails healthy.

Sanitation & Safety:

Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Sterilize and disinfect all tools, equipment, and workstations between clients.


Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Technical & Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest nail trends, products, and techniques.

Diagnose and identify common nail diseases or disorders.


Upsell services and retail products to clients to enhance customer experience and support business growth.

Administrative:

Manage client bookings and appointments (if applicable).

Maintain client records and notes on preferences.


Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
