Job Title: Manicurist : As a manicurist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional nail care services to our valued customers. You will be responsible for performing various nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, cuticle care, and nail art. Your goal is to deliver impeccable service that meets or exceeds our clients\' expectations, leaving them feeling satisfied and rejuvenated. Responsibilities: - Perform manicures and pedicures with precision and attention to detail. - Clean, shape, and buff nails to ensure a polished and well-groomed appearance. - Apply nail polish, gel, or acrylics, considering clients\' preferences and maintaining high standards of hygiene. - Provide cuticle care, including trimming and moisturizing. - Offer additional services such as hand and foot massages, exfoliation, and paraffin wax treatments to enhance the overall experience. - Assist clients in choosing suitable nail colors and designs, offering recommendations based on current trends and personal preferences. - Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and sterilized. - Stay updated with the latest nail care techniques, trends, and products to provide clients with up-to-date services. - Educate clients on proper nail care practices and recommend suitable products for at-home maintenance. - Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor, fostering a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients. - Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve any issues to their satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of client preferences, treatments performed, and product inventory. Requirements: - Proven experience as a manicurist or nail technician is preferred. - Knowledge of various nail care techniques, products, and trends. - Proficient in performing manicures, pedicures, and nail art designs. - Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization standards. - A passion for nail care and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
