Job Description

:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Manufacturing Associate Engineer/Technician to support the development and validation of assembly jigs & fixtures, ensure the accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOMs) & contribute to manufacturing process readiness. This role requires CAD proficiency, Microsoft Office capabilities for large-scale data analysis & background in manufacturing or production engineering environments.
Responsibilities:
CAD Design for Jigs/Fixtures:

• Design and develop assembly jigs and fixtures using SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure tooling solutions enhance assembly efficiency and product quality.

Data Analysis and BOM Validation:

• Utilize Excel features (macros, Power Query, data modelling) to conduct in-depth BOM comparisons and ensure consistency across product builds.
• Support engineering teams with high-volume data validation tasks.

Manufacturing Process Support:

• Participate in Value Analysis (VA) readiness efforts in collaboration with the team and external partners.

Apply prior knowledge of assembly processes and production environments to identify and support improvements in manufacturing workflows
Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or related studies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or assembly processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software, specifically SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel including use of macros, Power Query, and data modelling.
