/Preferred QualificationsBachelor/Master's/Ph.D in Physics or Optics with relevant work experience Hands-on experience in assembly, alignment, calibration, system integration, and testing of opto-mechanical subsystems, Good working knowledge of optical testing equipment such as interferometers, autocollimators, alignment telescopes, spectrometers, etc Experience in developing manufacturing procedures and leading a team in assembling, aligning, calibrating and testing optical systems Excellent project management, problem solving and interpersonal skills A self-driven individual with keen technical mind, positive attitude and strong team player 25 % travelling required

Minimum Qualifications
