About the Roles

We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join a

leading manufacturer serving the semiconductor industry

, located in

Loyang

. This

permanent position

offers a

5-day work week (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5:30 PM)

and includes a

What You'll Be Doing

Assist in developing and improving manufacturing process plans for new and existing products. Review production cycle times with engineers to identify optimization opportunities. Support the design and fabrication of cutting tools, fixtures, and gauges used in manufacturing and inspection. Collaborate with production teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues on the shop floor. Conduct cost and time analysis under guidance to evaluate process efficiency. Prepare first article (FA) documentation and assist during product qualification stages. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and cost reduction. Receive on-the-job training and mentorship from senior engineers. Gain exposure to industry-standard CAD/CAM tools such as SolidWorks and SolidCAM. Develop essential skills in project coordination, problem-solving, and technical documentation.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Genuine interest in manufacturing processes, production planning, and process improvement. Basic understanding of CAD software; training will be provided. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.). Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team setting. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail.
