Manufacturing Engineer

based in

Loyang

permanent, full-time role

Monday to Friday schedule (8am-5.30pm)

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and refine manufacturing process plans for both new and existing products. Review and optimize production cycle times to enhance efficiency and productivity. Design and assist in creating tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges for production and quality checks. Collaborate with production teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. Conduct cost and time studies to support manufacturing process improvements. Support the preparation and documentation of first article (FA) submissions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focusing on safety, quality, and cost reduction. Receive structured on-the-job training and guidance from experienced engineers. Gain exposure to industry-standard CAD/CAM systems such as SolidWorks and SolidCAM. Build practical experience in project management, technical documentation, and problem-solving.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Genuine interest in manufacturing processes, production planning, and continuous improvement. Basic knowledge of CAD software is advantageous (training will be provided). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel. Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
