Manufacturing EngineerDescription -What a Manufacturing Engineer does at HP:

• Lead and own product engineering of Graphics Falcon/G5i Printhead technology.
• Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Falcon Printhead in meeting the desired performance levels to deliver the expected customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement to the reliability tests and factory testing gates to enhance detection capability of quality issues and optimize the cost of quality where appropriate.
• Collaborating with various functional groups such as process, system interaction and customer assurance; the product engineer is responsible for performing evaluation of product/process changes, resolve quality issues, drive containment of affected parts during a quality escalation.
• Lead and collaborate with NPDI team to enable NPI programs and influence the design for mass manufacturing, work with R&D to transfer Engineering Responsibility to the manufacturing.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or equivalent or at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Possess good understanding of manufacturing process, methodologies and environment.
• Strong technical leadership, Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
• Good understanding of quality assurance and process control knowledge.
• Excellent team player, interpersonal and effective communication skills across functions and geographies.
• Good visualization skills to create real-time dashboards and/or reports to inform trends and insights.
• A willingness to learn and the ability to communicate ideas clearly in a team.
• Experience with JMP, Excel, Power BI would be an advantage.
• Proactive, Innovative, Independent and Self Motivating.
