Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support procurement department in regards to CIP and all modules and machine
- Support engineering change process, change control, build-up existing test system & equipment production
- Create and maintain production documentation eg: work, test and assembly instruction, measurement protocols and etc
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Process , outsourcing of CIP design, manufacturing cost focus, assembling and testing and support the supplier during the serial phase until phase-out
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in mechanical, mechatronics engineering or its related
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in module and machine assembly
- Knowledge in die attach innovation process and duties is desirable
- Good manufacturing and know how problem analysis
