Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and grow within the aerospace or precision engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing manufacturing process plans for new and existing products. Support manufacturing engineers in analyzing production cycle times and identifying areas for improvement. Participate in the design of cutting tools, fixtures, and gauges used in the production and inspection process. Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Learn to perform cost and time analysis for various manufacturing processes. Involve in first article (FA) preparation and documentation under supervision. Take part in continuous improvement initiatives, including safety, quality, and cost reduction projects.

Training and Development:

On-the-job training and mentorship from experienced engineers. Exposure to industry-standard CAD/CAM tools (e.g., SolidWorks, SolidCAM). Development of skills in project management, problem-solving, and technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong interest in manufacturing processes, production planning, and continuous improvement. Basic knowledge of CAD software is a plus (training will be provided). Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.). Willingness to learn, adapt, and work both independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Analytical capability with attention to detail.
