Job Description

Lead and supervise the team, providing technical guidance and performance management. Manage programs for specific products to meet customer requirements and expectations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and process reliability of components and assemblies. Oversee the successful realization of new product projects Maintain and enhance strong customer relationships Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and process reliability of components and assemblies. Plan and execute activities to prepare the organization for production and ramp-up readiness Communicate and document engineering changes for assigned products Drive and communicate cost-reduction and lead-time improvement initiatives with customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and process reliability of components and assemblies. Perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent work accuracy and timeliness Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. * At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
