Key Responsibilities


Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) criteria for: Manufacturing process development Tool and fixture design Integrated schedules Design-to-cost initiatives Sourcing technical support Quality qualifications and test support Production and testing activities Provide technical leadership for manufacturing processes related to cables, harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies, including inspection, testing, and tool/fixture design. Apply knowledge of electrical/electronic production and test methodologies to optimize operations. Manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines to achieve project success and profitability. Gather data, develop manufacturing solutions, and prepare documentation such as OMS, SOE, MI, drawings, and specifications. Perform electro-mechanical assembly work and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.





Requirements


Diploma or higher in Engineering or related field Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing or process engineering Knowledge in cable/harness assembly or electro-mechanical systems preferred * Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
