Job Description

To supervise, execute and monitor the activities within the value stream to ensure reliable and optimal operation of processes, equipment, utility and facility so as to achieve target production levels within the framework.

Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and update all process control documents, procedures and operation condition sheet. Identifying, analysing, trouble shooting and improving process efficiency, equipment performance, product yield, capacity, quality, process material uses and utilities consumption. Perform trial production and test run of new grade, new process and equipment. Optimize plant operating efficiency, yield optimization and energy conservation with feasibility study, make the necessary field test to verify the result. Provide technical support and documentation for manufacturing process, including corrective measure for customer complaint in technical viewpoint Ensure availability of equipment, tools, production consumables, transfer of input materials for daily production preparation and follow up on ensuring housekeeping of production floor.

What we're looking for

Degree / Diploma in engineering with a focus on Process, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering 2-4 years of experience in a process engineering or validation role, preferably in a manufacturing environment Proficient in process validation methodologies and techniques Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data Must be able to write and communication in Mandarin and English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry Proactive and detail-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement Willing to work in Jurong
