The Manufacturing Engineer is based in Changi South, Singapore. s * Design manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters. * Develop, evaluate, and improve man The Manufacturing Engineer is based in Changi South, Singapore. s Design manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and cycle time. Create and manage Bill of Material structure. Write and update work instructions and other documents (e.g. specifications, procedures,) Analyze and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root-causes of equipment failures and develop hands-on maintenance skills Work with other engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and products. Write and update of PFMEA for new or existing products Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential. Other relevant task as assigned Job Requirements Requires a Bachelor's degree in the field of manufacturing, mechanical or electronics Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience Demonstrate operations and technical skills and understanding Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques Good interpersonal and communication skill
