Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes for semiconductor equipment production.

• Conduct thorough analysis and experimentation to optimize existing processes for increased efficiency, yield, and reliability.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.

• Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify patterns and trends impacting product quality and yield.

• Implement corrective actions and process adjustments to address any issues affecting product performance or consistency.

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer specifications.

• Work closely with equipment maintenance and production teams to ensure the proper functioning of manufacturing tools and machinery.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to address equipment-related issues and minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with equipment vendors to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Participate in NPI projects, collaborating with design and R&D teams to ensure smooth transfer of new products to the manufacturing floor.

• Conduct feasibility studies and provide input on design for manufacturability (DFM) to ensure efficient and cost-effective production processes.

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.

• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and process optimization techniques.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software used in semiconductor manufacturing.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
