Description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes for semiconductor equipment production.
Conduct thorough analysis and experimentation to optimize existing processes for increased efficiency, yield, and reliability.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify patterns and trends impacting product quality and yield.
Implement corrective actions and process adjustments to address any issues affecting product performance or consistency.
Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer specifications.
Work closely with equipment maintenance and production teams to ensure the proper functioning of manufacturing tools and machinery.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to address equipment-related issues and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with equipment vendors to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and ensure optimal equipment performance.
Participate in NPI projects, collaborating with design and R&D teams to ensure smooth transfer of new products to the manufacturing floor.
Conduct feasibility studies and provide input on design for manufacturability (DFM) to ensure efficient and cost-effective production processes.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Profile
Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and process optimization techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software used in semiconductor manufacturing.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
