Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle NPI activities at the plant. Work with HQ, suppliers, and customers for successful product and packaging introductions. Prepare and update BOM for assembly processes. Maintain records in SFC and SAP systems. Support Server & Rack assembly processes. Assist in packaging design for large assemblies. Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement projects. Provide production ramp-up support. Take part in ISO audits.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering. 3+ years' experience in manufacturing, NPI, or process engineering. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Independent, self-driven, and detail-oriented. Strong organizational and project management skills.
