Manufacturing Operations Manager
Job Description
Interacts with Manager, Maintenance, Validation, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Materials Management groups Employee management in area of responsibility Ensure labour levels meet planned requirements Set and monitor department objectives for functional area Carry out quarterly and annual Performance reviews for direct reports Form a training and development plan for direct reports Give general and specific direction to Supervision in order to meet short term and long term goals Support company teaming initiative Other project works as identified by Manager * Prepares the manufacturing team to execute strategic company objectives
