Job Description

1. Able to work on a midnight shift.

2. Able to Standby 24x7, must be able to report for work on short notice at times.

3. Able to work on weekends and public holidays

4. Able to work in islandwide location, and able to go multipole locations daily (if APPLICABLE)

5. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients

6. At least 1 year's experience in similar role in Advertising / Printing industries

7. Coordinate and oversee the entire printing process from start to finish

8. Manage and schedule printing jobs to meet deadlines

9. Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations

10. Supervise and train printing staff

11. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with printing equipment

12. Monitor and maintain inventory of printing supplies

13. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill printing project requirements

14. Implement and maintain efficient workflows and processes

15. Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of printing machines

17. Stay updated with the latest printing technologies and trends

18. Prepare and manage printing budgets

20. Meet with clients to discuss their printing needs and provide solutions
