Manufacturing OPERATOR

What You'll Do

Run the Line:

Operate production equipment with accuracy and consistency

Keep Things Moving:

Handle materials, perform basic tooling changes, and routine machine checks

Protect Quality:

Inspect finished batteries to ensure they meet strict standards

Stay Organized:

Maintain records of production output and checks for smooth reporting

Support the Team:

Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to solve production issues

Work Schedule

Day Shift:

7:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Night Shift:

7:30 PM - 7:30 AM

4 days per week ~15 working days/month

2 paid tea breaks + 1-hour lunch per shift Optional overtime for extra earnings
