Salary: Up to $6,500/month + AWS + Variable Bonus (1-2 months)

Job Summary

We are seeking a

Facility Engineer

to lead the maintenance and energy efficiency efforts within our facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the plant's infrastructure, equipment, and systems operate smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operational efficiency of plant facilities and equipment. Lead and manage a team of facility supervisors and technicians. Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors on maintenance and facility improvement projects. Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to identify potential issues. Drive the implementation of

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

programs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations. Proactively address and resolve any facility-related concerns. Prepare and manage facility maintenance budgets and expenditures. Identify and execute operational improvements to enhance facility efficiency. Develop and lead

energy efficiency programs

to reduce energy consumption. Coordinate with stakeholders on energy-related projects and upgrades. Analyze energy data to improve energy performance and lead sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline (preferred). Proven experience in

facilities management, engineering, or related field

. Strong knowledge of

building systems, equipment maintenance

, and

safety standards

. Excellent

leadership and communication

skills. Ability to

multi-task and prioritize

tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) - Professional

certification is an added advantage. Stable work history (minimum 3 years in each company preferred).
