Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years' experience in carpentry or furniture production, including supervisory role.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of carpentry processes, materials, and machinery.
