Responsibilities
- Assist Quality Manager to maintain and improve quality system documents (ISO 9001) including work instructions, records, quality specifications and guides.
- Support quality supervisors (RGS / QC / Lab) and senior quality engineer in day-to-day activities pertaining to data recording & analysis.
- Generate quality performance reports and maintain KPIs for monitoring quality activities including but not limited to
- Raw skin inspection
- Grading performance and crust quality
- Selection performance
- Production non-conformance
- Quality control inspection
- Laboratory test
- Customer feedback
- Assist with the review of quality rejects and facilitate RCA and CA activities with respective department.
- Lead, manage and implement continuous improvement projects for quality processes, activities, and controls.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the craftsmen industry
- Strong analytical and data management skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills essential. A knowledge of VBA for Excel, PowerBi, PowerApp and Power Automate will be a plus.
- IT oriented to develop computerized solutions to complex activities.
- Monday to Friday
