Job Summary (Description of general purpose of the job) Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of Manufacturing Technicians to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards. Responsible for CORE and EH&S initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities (Essential roles, responsibilities and activities a candidate can expect to assume in this position) \xef\x82\xb7 Lead and supervise manufacturing technicians in cell to meet product quality and customers\xe2\x80\x99 delivery expectation. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for managing cell\xe2\x80\x99s daily output targets, operational efficiency and productivity. \xef\x82\xb7 Determine overdue and current load position including looking 3 to 6 months ahead of demand trend to establish daily part scheduling and material release strategy \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure operator TPM compliance for optimum machine uptime. \xef\x82\xb7 Lead and facilitate within the assigned area including planning, developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing operational issues. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for manufacturing technicians\xe2\x80\x99 discipline, attendance, safety and quality issues. \xef\x82\xb7 Plan, direct, supervise, and evaluate workflow. \xef\x82\xb7 Recognize and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiencies. \xef\x82\xb7 Coach and develop manufacturing technicians\xe2\x80\x99 skills, establish job expectations and manage work performance. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide analysis and presentation to Leadership when call upon. \xef\x82\xb7 Any other tasks as assign by Manager.

Qualification and Education Requirements (Education and Work experience that a candidate should have when applying for position) Minimum Education required (specific field or equivalent): Diploma or Degree with at least 2 years relevant experience in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering/Aeronautical Engineering. Minimum years of experience in role: \xef\x82\xb7 At least 1 years in supervisory/leadership role in a Precision Engineering environment; and \xef\x82\xb7 Must be able to work bi-monthly rotating shifts. Preferred Skills (if any): \xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge of manufacturing techniques and process controls. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong skills in problem solving, coaching and mentoring employees. \xef\x82\xb7 Effective communication and interpersonal skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Good team player and process a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
