JOB DESCIPTION * Responsible for the day-to-day running of production processes in specific types of manufacturing operations * Setting weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employ JOB DESCIPTION Responsible for the day-to-day running of production processes in specific types of manufacturing operations Setting weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees Organize and keep track of products stocks balance Ensuring production area safety and cleanliness Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met Ensuring quality control standards Overseeing production processes Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment Supervising and coaching day-to-day work of junior staff and production workers in factory environment REQUIREMENTS Min Diploma certification, preferably in management or manufacturing. Min 2 years supervisory experience and 1 year experience in similar industry (manufactuing) PC literate Well organized & a team player Willing to work in factory/warehouse environment Willing to work in West Area (Company transport from Pioneer/Choa Chu Kang MRT) Willing to work outdoors and perform customer site visits
