About the Role

Our client, a well-established

semiconductor manufacturer

, is seeking dedicated

Manufacturing Technicians

to join their expanding production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating high-precision equipment, supporting process improvements, and ensuring smooth production in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment according to SOPs and validated parameters. Perform product or process conversions during start-up and mass production runs. Conduct precision measurements, inspections, and quality checks on output materials. Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve production issues promptly. Support preventive maintenance, material management, and root cause investigations. Provide training and guidance to operators based on Work Instructions (WIs).

Requirements

Nitec or Diploma in

Engineering

or related field. Experience in

semiconductor manufacturing

is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of

MES/ERP systems

is a plus. Able to work in a

cleanroom environment

and comfortable with

12-hour rotating shifts

. Positive attitude, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
