Job Description

As a Manufacturing Technician (Wire Bonder), you will have the opportunity to cover machine operations in our production such as ESEC ASM, ESEC 3100/3200, ASM extreme Gocu, K&S iconn. You will be need to use of various hand tools, gauges to setup machine, conversion, troubleshoot by following standard procedures.

Job information:

• Salary: Basic up-to $2,500
• Location: Changi North (Transport Provided)
• Shifts: 7am/pm to 7pm/am (3-2-2-3)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily production output target, to recover wire bonder machines in a short time without any quality issue.
• Work in a cleanroom environment, to take ownership of wire bonder machines, to drive for MTBF, MTTR and OEE performances.
• Work in accordance with checklist sheets and follow quality procedures.
• Implement improvement initiatives, up keeping of 5S activities and housekeeping standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of NITEC or Diploma in an engineering related field.
• Must be able to work on rotating shifts and overtime if required, inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
• With previous working experiences with K&S, ESEC or ASM wire bonder maintenance experiences is a plus.
