Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our beauty products/services Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions Support in creating content for SMS, emailers, and social media Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) Follow up on leads and ensure timely response to inquiries

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or marketing communications Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English; additional languages a plus) Passion or interest in the beauty and wellness industry * Positive attitude, persuasive communication, and strong interpersonal skills
