Job Description


About the Role:

  • Daily administrative duties including issuance and submission of all income/ ISF, processing refund for security deposit for causal leasing and updating of tenant\'s information
  • Processing of all work order for SR/PR before start of job and timely settlement with vendors and suppliers
  • Submission of reports to Finance which include income accruals and expense accruals
  • Ensure GTO numbers are collected from all roadshows / vending machines vendors
  • Liaising with tenants on flyer distribution, advertising feature (website and mall directory) and new tenants onboard. Maintenance and uploading of new offers/promotions on Website and Mall Directory
  • Follow up and collation of tenants\' response for promotions/events. Clearing campaign artwork, liaising with vendors on artwork installation around retail mall
  • Compilation of shoppers\' traffic report
  • Issuance of CapitaVoucher for daily sales at Customer Service Counter (On rotational basis)
  • Checking and submission of CapitaVoucher period sales/billing summary reports to Finance
  • Managing online feedback/enquiries via website and Marcom general email
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all Marcom Dept Filing System
  • Handling content features for social media portfolio - Facebook and Instagram of SingPost Centre
  • Plan, executive and manage all advertising and promotion
  • Liaise and work closely with advertising agencies, media, tenants, contractors, and event companies to ensure successful running of projects and events
  • Conduct post-promotional campaign/events reviews to assess the effectiveness of promotions/events in terms of shopper traffic and tenants\' GTO
  • Keep track of the budgets and prepare reports that measure the success of various marketing programs
What You Need to Have:

Technical Competencies
  • Minimum Diploma from an accredited institution
  • Preferably with 1-3 years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
