Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day aspects of marketing communications projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality deliverables.
• Assists with developing and implementing effective marketing communications strategies to grow patient volume.
• Manages internal communications (memos, campaigns, townhalls, etc.).
• Supports organizing initiatives and planning events, sponsorships, health screenings and seminars.
• Writes copy, edits, proofreads, and revises company literature, collateral and other communications. Oversees printing and manages distribution points.
• Orders promotional incentives and tracks inventory and distribution
• Develop content for marketing materials, advertisements, marketing campaigns and thought leadership articles.
• Oversee internal and external communications for employees, clients and members.
• Develop and distribute key stakeholder communications and internal newsletter.
• Create content websites and other digital properties.
• Write and post content for social media channels.
• Partner with the Public Relations team on press releases, articles, editorials and media opportunities.
• Identify and recommend communication opportunities for future growth by deepening the understanding of the market, competition, business goals and value propositions.

Requirements

• Min Dip/Deg in Marketing/Communications/Relevant fields
• Relevant internship experience with EDM/Social Media management would be advantageous
• Proficient with graphic design tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience in video editing platforms will be a bonus
