Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for client ship spares, coordinating with purchasers, superintendents, and vessel managers. Monitor and prioritize purchase orders to ensure on-time global delivery via air, sea, or trucking. Maintain accurate shipment records, upload necessary documents, and track Proof of Delivery within required timelines. Send shipping pre-alerts and coordinate last-mile delivery with client agents. Support billing and finance by consolidating invoices, recording freight charges, and verifying inter-company invoices.
