About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Marine & Operations Coordinator to support our daily vessel operations and warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will take initiative, coordinate vessel schedules with agents, plan driver activities, and ensure smooth loading, collection, and delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics Coordination

Work closely with the Purchasing Team to plan for upcoming vessel loadings and deliveries. Liaise with vessel agents to confirm ETA, loading/unloading schedules, and location arrangements. Plan, assign, and supervise drivers for daily collection, loading, and delivery activities. Ensure drivers are properly briefed, equipped with correct documents, and adhere to safety procedures. Prepare and hand over necessary documents to drivers (e.g. loading lists, delivery/collection forms). Ensure all goods are ready, properly packed, and loaded according to vessel schedules. Respond quickly to last-minute schedule changes or urgent job requests. Be prepared to act or assist in urgent operational matters outside regular office hours when required. Ensure all operations comply with company procedures and port regulations. Assist in warehouse operations such as receiving, packing, stock checking, and maintaining proper storage and cleanliness. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations or Management team to support daily activities.

Requirements

GCE 'O' Level / Nitec / Diploma in Logistics, Operations, or related field. Relevant experience in marine logistics, warehousing, or operations coordination. Strong initiative and problem-solving mindset -- able to work independently. Good knowledge of Singapore roads for efficient route planning. Team player with good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications. Physically fit and willing to be hands-on in both operations and warehouse tasks. * Forklift license or Class 3 and above driving license will be an advantage.
