MARINE MECHANICAL TECH ($2.3k / EAST / 5 DAYS WORK) - EEYH

:

• Changi area - transport provided ISLANDWIDE
• 5 DAYS Work Week
• Work Hours: 7.45am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Report to Mechanical Department Head and Assistant Department Head in all matters.
• Support Assistant Engineers, Engineers and Senior Engineers in performing maintenance and overhauling of mechanical and diesel components
• Carry out removal and installation works onboard vessels and general servicing and repair in the workshop.
• Hands on work in rectification of defects and maintenance of mechanical or diesel components.
• ensure quality of work performed by ownself.
• assist in logistical support, lifting of equipment and maintenance of workshop equipment\'s etc.

Job Requirements:

• NTC or Higher NTC in Mechanical or Marine related field,
• Possess basic understanding of basic components and functions of mechanical engines or diesel engines
• Able to read simple drawings and service reports
• Able to use measurement tools such as Bore Gauge, Torque Wrench, Calipers
• Willing to work under outdoor environment on site
• Able to work and communicate effectively in a team setting
