Responsiblities: * Assist superior to achieve set objectives

• Liaise and communicate regularly with Distributors & dealers. Market monthly reports to superior.

• Strengthen Service Network (3S and Service Standard)

• Continual education and training for distributors/dealers
• Support Distributors in their service activities including onsite field service
• Support workshop setup
• Assist and follow up distributors\' product registration status
• Technical Support for Distributors and Dealers

• Support distributors and dealers for technical inquiries
• MI (Market Information) processing
• Prepare & issue Technical Bulletin for Dealers
• Manage product registration and warranty administration

• Management of distributors and dealers product registration
• Warranty administration for dealers
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITC in Automotive/Mechanical/Marine engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years\' Technical Service in Automotive/Marine Engineering
