Job Description
JCI-Seaborne (S) Pte Ltd is a firm specialising in providing professional maritime surveying, investigation and consultancy services to reputable Maritime Insurers, Ship Owners/Charterers and Cargo Owners.
We are looking for a suitable candidate to join us a Trainee Marine Surveyor.
Primary Responsibilities
To conduct a variety of shipboard surveys and/or investigations relating to maritime vessels, maritime operations and cargo.
Key Attributes
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong Analytical and Research Skills
- Sound knowledge on maritime vessels, nautical operations and international maritime conventions
- Confident in drafting comprehensive and professional report
- Passes in 'O' Levels English, Mathematics and Sciences (Preferably Chemistry and Physics) or similar standard; &
- Bachelor Degree in Naval Architecture or tertiary qualifications in Nautical Studies
- Seagoing experience, if any, is advantegous.
