Come and join us in our mission! This senior role is accountable for 3 key areas:

• Hands-on market access execution and delivery for ASEAN countries
• Strategic planning and guidance for Market Access for the APAC region

• Drive launch excellence for the APAC region

The person will sit in APAC Leadership Team and have a direct responsibility to unlock market access opportunities, launch excellence mindset and execution across the region, identifying opportunities through patient centricity approach. Main responsibilities / job expectations APAC LT

• As a member of the APAC LT, support the identification and prioritization of market access opportunities that challenge the status-quo
• Working with key in-country leaders and stakeholders and market access functions to optimise market access plans
• Act as a key regional representative with Global Market Access, HQ and senior leaders

ASEAN Market Access Function

• Accountable for Market Access function for ASEAN countries, with particular focus on Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore
• Work with in-country commercial teams to develop business cases, plan of action for current and future launch assets in ASEAN region to secure and optimize market access, including in territories without current presence
• Collaborate with government agencies in ASEAN to unlock access opportunities through patient centricity
• Develop patient assistance programs to expand access for Ipsen`s portfolio through patient centricity and address affordability challenges

APAC Market Access Optimization

• Be the strategic partner for all ANZ, TW/HK, Korea and Japan, collaborate with in-country market access teams, and challenge and optimize current market access plans for launch assets
• Drive HEOR and RWE generation efforts across APAC in close collaboration with Medical
• Create APAC Market Access community to deliver on region priorities and best practise sharing

Launch Excellence and Capabilities

• Drive launch excellence and coordinate launch activity across APAC
• Be a key player in upskilling of early launch planning capabilities in concert with key in-country stakeholders e.g. GMs, Regulatory, Medical and Market Access leads
• Challenge in-country colleagues to raise the standards of all their Launch Excellence activities including metrics and delivery

Knowledge, abilities & experience Education / Certifications:

• Scientific or Business Degree
• Ideally \xe2\x80\x93 Business qualification e.g. MBA or certificate

Experience:

• Successful history of direct and indirect leadership of teams
• Extensive market access pharma experience, in-country and regional roles
• Strong knowledge of and deployment experience in Market Access and Pricing domain
• Experience working in and across countries, preferably Asia Pacific and strong understanding of different healthcare systems ranging across HTA, private/self-pay market, public subsidy, patient assistance programs
• Proven skills to collaborate and influence senior leaders including GMs
• Specialty care (ideally oncology/rare disease) experience including previous government agency collaborations

Languages:

• English fluency \xe2\x80\x93 written & spoken
• Any other languages beneficial across the region

Key Technical Competencies Required

• Ability to project manage and coordinate complex initiatives
• Ability to work with MS Excel, HEOR tools and HTA models
• Problem-solving, managing complexity and high accountability
• Ability to successfully understand and work across different cultures
