As a Market Analyst in the Farm Technology department, you will be blending historical data of crops, industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources and perform analysis to support the design, build and operations of farms.


What we Expect from you?
Support business intelligence aspects on the design, build and operations of farms. Develop strong relationships with clients, buyers, traders and distributors in the vegetable industry. Analyse multivariate data of different crops in the farming industry. Oversee the development of design and specification farm proposals including feasibility and functional studies. Develop roadmaps for optimising the BI analysis insights. Collaborate with project management, sales and technology departments to drive revenues. Requirements
Degree in Agriculture or a related field 3 to 5 years of experience in fresh produce/vegetable industry Skilled in collating and analysing data from different sources Have know-how on the operations of a farm not limited to planting & Harvesting but also ancillary jobs like warehousing & processing, Logistics, etc Understanding on how Logistics and Season cycles affect crops Experience with dealing with vegetable distributors Experience in negotiating with regional suppliers * Willing to undertake short-term overseas deployments to client farm when necessary
