Job Description
$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CBDResponsibilities
- Identify and initiate first point of contact with potential leads through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, video conference, social media etc.
- Develop deep understanding of potential prospects needs to match with the company\'s products and services.
- Introduce the company\'s products and services and provide information and clarity where required.
- Assess marketing generated leads (MQL) engagement activities and evaluate if lead\'s fit to company\'s ideal customer profile and sales criteria.
- Gather needs and requirements of MQL to establish qualified leads (SQL) before handoff to sales team.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, providing prospects with upfront information and recommendations, where necessary.
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide lead nurturing content for continuous customer engagement, as well as provide feedback for campaign optimization.
- Keeping detailed notes of engagements and collaborating with Sales to monitor and track pipeline activities.
- Min. Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
