About the Team:
We are seeking a highly motivated Market Growth Strategy Intern to join our team to contribute to the overall market growth strategy. This position will provide hands-on experience in market analytics while working closely with experienced professionals in the field.
:
- Perform data analysis on cross-border lane performance to identify trends and insights
- Support the team in various marketing initiatives and optimize performance based on data-driven decisions
- Conduct category and marketing solutions studies to determine future growth strategies
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for marketing campaigns
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, seller management teams, operation, product teams, etc
- Develop new innovative SOP and workflows to improve work efficiency
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s Degree with majors in relevant field
- Strong analytical skills with sensitivity to data and an ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present data and insights to stakeholders
- Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate
- Strong proficiency in Excel is a must, and knowledge in SQL is a plus
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months), with part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week also welcome to apply
