Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the organisation
Grow and strengthen the network of intermediaries and key industry contacts
Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients especially in Asia markets
Maintain and update the CRM system
Engage with colleagues to manage and co-lead on enquiries from prospective clients, especially those that require Mandarin-language communication
Contribute to the strategic business development plan to expand the organisation's Asia client portfolio across various offices
Account Management (Singapore)
Serve as the primary contact for clients, particularly from East Asia
Foster long-term client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 8+ years of proven sales experience in corporate or professional services
Strong local market network and ability to manage multi-jurisdictional proposals
Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
Skilled in solution selling with a client-centric approach
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
