Market Support Assistant
Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm (Once a month shift on Saturday from 9am to 1pm and standby shift on Sunday and public holidays on a rotation basis)
Location: 100J Pasir Panjang Road #05-00 SUTL House Singapore 118525 (Pasir Panjang)
Salary: $2,400 - $2,600

:
- To handle inquiries and ensure quotations are furnished to customers on time.
- Processing of orders within the dateline and consolidate customer's requirements ensuring on time delivery.
- Liaise with customers for delivery timings and locations
- Filing of invoices and other related documents.
- Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.
- Minimum: GCE O Level
- Basic Microsoft application especially Excel & Word
- Friendly & courteous disposition with a team player spirit.
- Ability and patience to handle high pressure environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore Customs permits will be an advantage but not a necessity as training will be provided.
- Once or twice a month weekend shift (Sat & Sun) from 9am to 1pm and on public holidays when applicable (also on rotation).
