About This Role:-

The Market Surveillance Associate will support the Operations Department in identifying and escalating instances of market abuse and other activity that adversely impacts the trading platform.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procedures are in compliance with Market Control and Market Surveillance for crypto and securities trading.
• Provide accurate review of trade surveillance alerts
• Ensure timely raising of cases
• Provide feedback to HOD on alerts, scenarios performance and any trend analysis undertaken
• Provide support to perform regular administrative and reporting requirements
  

Qualifications And Experience

Education

• Diploma in banking and finance, business management/Higher NITEC in business.

Experience and Skill

• Prior experience working in a related role in the banking/securities services/fintech/payment industry will be desirable.
• Good knowledge of relevant regulatory and market conduct rules and other related regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You have proven analytical and eye for details
• Collaborative, self-discipline, and team focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work in different shifts to cover the 24x7 operations

Rotate on weekly basis :- Time: 7am to 7pm (Day Shift) 7pm to 7am (Night Shift)
