Job Description

We are partnering with a Singapore-based regulated derivatives platform that offers a wide range of financial and commodity futures. They are currently seeking a Market Surveillance professional to join their Legal & Compliance Division.

Key Duties

Market Surveillance:

Monitor trading activity, investigate suspicious behavior, and enhance surveillance frameworks to ensure a fair and transparent market.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to regulatory obligations, maintain internal controls, and liaise with regulators.

Corporate Governance:

Support governance processes, assist the Corporate Secretary, and manage communications with the Board and shareholders.

Legal & Compliance Support:

Handle whistleblowing reviews, disciplinary matters, and support other compliance-related functions.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in derivatives trading compliance or surveillance; investigation or law enforcement background is a plus. Strong team player with excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Chinese is required due to the nature of internal and external communications.
