Position Overview:



Hysses Singapore is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Admin to support the implementation and monitoring of our marketing promotions. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end promotion coordination, from planning and setup, to briefing sales teams, tracking performance, and providing timely reporting to management.





Key Responsibilities:



Responsible for the monthly promotion planning, and timely submission of the plan Maintain and update marketing calendar to track campaign timelines, deliverables, and key milestones Accuracy and completeness of promotion set up in Netsuite and WATI Conduct monthly team briefings to ensure alignment prior to promotion roll-out Collaboration with creative team to prepare promotional assets, visual merchandising materials, and related collaterals Consistent follow up communication with underperforming sales staff on a weekly basis Provide timely performance update and insights to management regarding ongoing promotion results Responsiveness and timely issue resolution via Whatsapp during promotion periods Coordinate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve promotion-related concerns efficiently Track and compile marketing performance data such as promotion results, and campaign engagement Timely submission of monthly promotion summary reports prior to the monthly check ins



Required Skills and Qualifications:



Education: A level or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration and other related fields Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing coordination, campaign administration, and retail marketing support Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in coordinating across departments Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications, and other systems Organizational & Administrative: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation and reporting * Teamwork and Adaptability: Collaborative team player who can work effectively with Marketing, Operations and Design teams
