Salary: $2,000 - $2500 per month (4 months contract) Location: Tanjong Pagar Working hours: 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm
Job responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including arranging of conference rooms
Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Organize the marketing teams\xe2\x80\x99 calendars, ensuring appointments and deadlines are met
Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders
Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, including document management, data entry, handling incoming and outgoing correspondences and emails and assisting with travel arrangements and logistics for team members
Requirements:
ITE/Diploma qualification with proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Attention to details, meticulous
Proficient in calendar management and scheduling tools
Familiar with invoicing and financial documentation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
