About Our Client


Global legal firm with strong presents in Asia and is still fast growing their presents. Fast pace organisation with lots of regional projects and communications.




You will be expected to work alongside lawyers and managers to provide support and work on projects, including:

Marketing and Event Management:
  • Maintain and keep up to date the firm's collateral, publications and other marketing communications
  • Work alongside the marketing and BD team and processes, where appropriate
  • Project manage and assist to compile key deals for submission to legal directories and awards. Monitor the ranking results and update the various marketing collateral
  • Manage the firm's website and ensure updated information (e.g. lawyer's profiles, practice area content, even information) is timely published on the website and blog
  • Work with lawyers to publish regular client alerts and other collateral for posting on the firm's blog and social media platforms
  • Assist in preparation of content for the various social media platforms
  • Assist in the content creation for the firm's newsletters
  • Lead the planning and organising of webinars and physical events for all Asia offices
  • Assist in organising internal online and physical training sessions for the firm
  • Participate in the firm's internal and external events, where required
  • Manage the corporate gift inventory and liaise with vendors to source and order new merchandise
Business Development:
  • Research and monitor relevant client's news and updates
  • Assist with the pitching process and keep track of pitch outcomes in the pitch log. Keep the deal lists and pitch decks up to date
  • Help to arrange weekly BD meetings for the Asia offices
  • Coordinate the firm's weekly BD list and update the marketing lists in the firm's CRM database

The Successful Applicant


  • A holder of a degree or related field
  • Working in a professional services/B2B, events management within the marketing or business development team, a plus
  • Business acumen in Microsoft Office, online applications (WordPress, CRM tools) and design software (a plus)
  • A good team player, resourceful and responsive in dealing with people
  • Meticulous and have an eye for detail
  • Able to multi-task, work well under pressure and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Respond promptly and positively to requests from service and assistance
  • Someone who looks forward to challenges and a career with a leading law firm
