Job Responsibilities:

Work across all aspects of data from engineering to building sophisticated visualizations, machine learning models and experiments. Analyze and interpret large (PB-scale) volumes of transactional, operational and customer data using proprietary and open-source data tools, platforms and analytical tool kits. Translate complex findings into simple visualizations and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives. Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical. Certain knowledge of Mathematical Finance and Financial Markets, for example Algorithmic Trading, Derivative Pricing, Portfolio and Risk Management, Dynamic Programming, and Numerical Methods. Ability to integrate CRM platform with internal data visualization platforms and customer data platforms (CDPs). Explain technical results to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

:

At least a Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Mathematics/Statistics/Information System/Computer Science/Business Analytics/Data Science or relevant field. At least 6 years of work experience as a Quantitative Analyst or Data Analyst in a financial firm. Coding skills in Python, knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or other similar tools. Knowledge of Machine Learning methodologies, including Clustering techniques, Factor Modelling, Reinforcement Learning, and Advanced Statistics. Collaborative, team player, open minded, and easy to work with. Proficient presentation skills and high attention to detail. A strong eye for detail and precision Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including analytics, in order to aid conversion tracking and reporting will be preferred. Expertise and proven experience or knowledge in CRM software (e.g. Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo) will be a plus. Experience with Business Development is a plus to understand business needs and identify opportunities through data. Can provide predictive and preemptive data for business.
