Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's overall social media strategy to build brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Lead and manage the social media marketing team (executives/interns), ensuring consistent and high-quality content delivery. Plan, create, and oversee social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Analyse campaign performance using social media analytics, providing insights and recommendations to management. Coordinate with other departments (management, design, sales, legal) to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals. Manage social media advertising budgets and optimise ad spend for maximum ROI. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and best practices. Train and mentor junior marketing staff, guiding them on content creation and campaign execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with proven track record in managing campaigns and teams. Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms and analytics tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative mindset with ability to design engaging content strategies. Proficiency in digital design and video editing software will be an advantage.
